A Class For Everybody
All Levels Yoga –
A class for all students to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore what they need. Each class has mindful transitions meant to release stress and build mind-body awareness.
Beginners Yoga –
A foundational class for beginning students with a focus on safe fundamental postures and breath work. If you haven't taken yoga before, this is a great class to begin with. This class is also suitable for students who are returning to their yoga practice.
Chair Yoga –
This class is for students with physical limitations but all levels are welcome. Using the mat and chair, you will practice simple stretches in a safe and comfortable setting. You will practice deep, rhythmic breathing that will allow your body to dissolve tension.
Gentle Flow & Restore –
This class begins with slow flowing postures designed to gently build heat internally. Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. The class concludes with restorative yoga postures which settle the body and mind for restful sleep.
Intermediate Flow –
Our slightly more challenging class for continuing yoga practitioners who wish to explore flexibility, balance and breath. This class incorporates a dynamic flow of linking breath to movement. This practice builds heat, endurance, strength and concentration.
Mindful Movement –
In this class, alignment and strengthening postures are practiced to promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on mental focus and ease of movement. You will practice standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers to experience full body range of motion.
