A Class For Everybody

Conscious Flow 
A class for all students to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore what they need.  Each class has mindful transitions meant to release stress and build mind-body awareness. Saturday Morning Flow is the same class structure!

Beginners Yoga 

A foundational class for beginning students with a focus on safe fundamental postures and breath work.  If you haven't taken yoga before, this is a great class to begin with.  This class is also suitable for students who are returning to their yoga practice. 

Yoga Basics – 

Our slightly more challenging class for continuing yoga practitioners who wish to explore flexibility, balance and breath.  This class incorporates a dynamic flow of linking breath to movement.  This practice builds heat, endurance, strength and concentration. 

Mindful Movement – 

In this class, alignment and strengthening postures are practiced to promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.  You can expect an emphasis on mental focus and ease of movement.  You will practice standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers to experience full body range of motion.
